We are seeking individuals with at least 2 years of mortgage sales experience to work independently as Sales Agents for our marketing company.

You will be responsible for delivering fully completed loan applications and supporting documents to our talented mortgage loan partners, who will work directly with your clients throughout the process to provide the most pleasent experience possible.

AGENT SALES COMMISSION STRUCTURE: 55% ($195 per file fee)

Sample Sales Agent Payout:
Referral Loan Amount: $225,000 (2.5 pts charged by mortgage partner = $5,625)

VMS Marketing Commission = $3,093.75 ($5,625 x 55%)

Payout to Independent Sales Agent = $2,898.75 ($3,093.75 - $195 per file fee)
